- Deliver evidence-based primary healthcare services
- Support chronic disease management and health promotion
- Participate in interprofessional case conferencing
- Mentor and teach learners when applicable
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives Requirements:
- Licensed with CPSO for independent practice
- Certification in Family Medicine preferred
- Solid commitment to team-based care
