House is seeking a dedicated Housing Worker to assist youth facing homelessness, within its Thrive Department. You will implement the organization's mission and policies while helping young people secure housing, navigate support systems, and access essential resources. Versatile availability is preferred as the role requires involvement in a 24/7 operation. Key Responsibilities:

- Implement Covenant House policies for residential care
- Complete housing history and assess each youth's needs
- Develop housing plans in line with guidelines
- Provide eviction prevention support to at-risk youth
- Assist young people with life skills training Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in child and youth work
- Minimum two years’ experience in a residential setting
- Knowledge of adolescent development issues
- Valid Ontario G driver's license
