As a key member of the Addiction Services team, you'll assess client needs, develop treatment plans, and document progress.

- Assess client eligibility and treatment needs
- Develop and document individualized treatment plans
- Engage clients in addiction recovery discussions
- Support clients in accessing in-house and community resources
- Ensure a protected and efficient environment for all residents Requirements:
- Two-year diploma in Health or Human Services
- Experience in addictions treatment settings
- Knowledge of community resources and self-help programs
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
