Elevate your software development skills as a Fullstack AI Developer with LCI Education. Under the supervision of the Director - IT Delivery, you'll design and deliver innovative software features that leverage agentic coding workflows.
This role requires collaboration with internal teams to integrate AI into development processes. Your expertise in TypeScript/JavaScript, as well as familiarity with a composable architecture, will drive advancements in the Claude Code multi-agent system in production. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop software features with agentic workflows as core functionality
- Design multi-agent architectures tailored to the LCI digital platform
- Refine and evolve existing code within the Claude multi-agent setup
- Employ advanced prompt engineering in software solutions
- Collaborate with teams to explore AI implementation opportunities Requirements:
- Degree in computer science or related field
- 5-7 years of hands-on software development experience
- 2 years within the Full-Stack AI ecosystem
- Proficiency in contemporary tools like Claude Code and Supabase
