- Conduct ongoing assessments of youth needs
- Facilitate skill development and recreational programming
- Meet youth daily to provide encouragement
- Assist with intakes and program discharge processes
- Monitor safety and manage daily routines Requirements:
- College degree or diploma in youth work
- Two years’ related experience in residential care
- Understanding of community resources available
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
