Time Lapse Escape Rooms is looking to add to our team of Game Masters!
What is a Game Master?
All of our employees are known as "Game Masters". Game Masters are the ones front and centre making sure our players have an exceptional escape game experience. Some responsibilities are, but not limited to:
- Greeting guests and providing exceptional customer service
- Setting up computers, resetting rooms and getting ready for the day
- Briefing guests on the rules and story before their game starts and greeting them at the end
- Resetting the rooms in between groups
- Monitoring the gameplay to ensure everyone is having a fun, safe and positive experience. Sending hints when needed
- Making sure each group progresses properly through each of the games you are running
- Taking team photos after the game is finished
- Simple cleaning procedures
