Required Skill

- We are seeking an experienced AI Lead to drive artificial intelligence and machine learning initiatives across Client. This role requires a strategic leader who can architect AI solutions, mentor teams, and translate complex technical concepts into business value. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in AI/ML engineering, full-stack development, and cross-functional project leadership.
- 15+ Yrs of Experience in IT (6+ as Solutions Architect role within enterprise or financial services environment)
- Broad knowledge of architecture and design techniques: integration patterns, component-based design, event-driven architecture, and microservices decomposition
- Hands-on experience designing and deploying Generative AI solutions using LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, Llama, Mistral) in enterprise production environments.
- Strong Architecture concepts on agentic AI platforms: multi-agent orchestration frameworks (LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI), tool-use, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG),



and Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) workflows.
- Ability to architect Prompt Engineering pipelines, vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector, Chroma), and semantic search at enterprise scale.
- Proven experience designing and implementing domain APIs and cloud-native architectures on OpenShift, Azure, and AWS.

Technical Leadership

- Lead R&D; efforts in AI/ML applications for financial services, including document intelligence and automated decisioning systems
- Architect end-to-end AI solutions from model design to scalable deployment using modern frameworks
- Drive technical innovation through experimentation with cutting-edge methods including RAG, multi-agent systems, and transformer architectures
- Establish and maintain deployment pipelines for AI model implementation and monitoring
- Lead complex AI projects from conception to production, including solution architecture and system design
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including ML engineers, backend developers, data scientists, and business stakeholders
- Develop project roadmaps, load planning, and optimization strategies for AI implementations
- Ensure smooth integration from prototyping to production environments
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of applied innovation and technical excellence
- Guide team members in understanding AI/ML concepts and their business applications
- Provide technical leadership in algorithm selection, model evaluation, and best practices
- Support professional development through code reviews, technical writing, and knowledge sharing
