ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY: You’ll be responsible for building the e-commerce business from the ground up. From setting the strategy to leading the execution — everything from pricing and product roadmap to digital marketing and tech stack is in your domain. You’ll own the P&L;, develop high-performing teams, and collaborate across supply chain, marketing, and merchandising to deliver exceptional digital experiences. If you’ve led a DTC or omnichannel brand into profitable online growth — and you're looking for a blank canvas to do it again (with more support) — this is it. YOU'LL BE IN CHARGE OF: Developing and executing a go-to-market and long-term e-commerce strategy Owning and optimizing the P&L; for digital channels Leading cross-functional teams (tech, ops, marketing, supply chain) toward ambitious growth targets Driving customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty with performance-based strategies Selecting, managing, and evolving the e-commerce tech stack and vendor relationships Overseeing regulatory compliance, privacy standards,



and cybersecurity protocols Building strategic partnerships and third-party integrations that fuel scalable growth Driving analytics, A/B testing, and experimentation to boost conversion and customer lifetime value ABOUT YOU: 10+ years in e-commerce leadership with a track record of profitable scaling Experience in Apparel, Homegoods, Luxury Retail, or Omnichannel consumer brands Strong P&L; management and comfort operating at both strategic and execution levels Data-driven decision-maker who understands UX, retention, and digital funnels Entrepreneurial, collaborative, and agile — thrives in fast-paced and evolving environments Bonus: Background in launching new market entries or DTC models YOUR STYLE: You're scrappy but strategic. Visionary but grounded in KPIs. You build high-performance cultures, ask the hard questions, and turn insights into action. WHY THIS ROLE?
