Park Regis by Prince Singapore is seeking an experienced and commercially astute General Manager to lead our agile hotel operation. Reporting to the regional leadership team of Seibu Prince Hotels Worldwide, you will be responsible for the overall performance, profitability, guest experience, and strategic direction of the hotel while leading a multidisciplinary team across Rooms, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Revenue, Engineering, IT, Security, and Human Resources This is an exceptional opportunity for a passionate hotel leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record of driving financial results, operational excellence, people engagement, and customer satisfaction. Experience within the Singapore or Asia-Pacific hospitality market. Degree qualification in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Tourism Management, or a related discipline. Minimum 10 years of progressive hotel leadership experience within internationally branded hotels.

Previous experience as a General Manager, Hotel Manager, or Executive Assistant Manager within a full-service hotel environment. Strong financial management experience, including budgeting, forecasting, P&L; accountability, and cost management.
