Key Responsibilities Lead and manage daily operations, including yard and field activities.

Develop and implement pricing and business development strategies.

Lead, coach, mentor, and support drivers, yard personnel, and other team members.

Promote and maintain a strong culture of safety, quality, and professionalism.

Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, customers, and industry partners.

Identify new business opportunities and support market growth initiatives.

Manage key customer accounts and support sales activities.

Collaborate with operations and administrative teams to ensure efficient project execution.

Monitor accounts receivable and support timely collections.

Conduct employee performance reviews, coaching sessions, and regular team meetings.

Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop employees as required.

Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.

Maintain accurate sales activity, customer information, and forecasting using CRM software.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable safety regulations.





Qualifications Minimum 7 years of experience in the construction industry.

At least 3 years of leadership or management experience.

Strong understanding of construction operations and business development.

Mechanical aptitude.

Valid Class 3 Driver's Licence.

Existing relationships within the local construction industry are considered an asset.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
