Two fully equipped GP consultation rooms are available, with strong in-house referral pathways between physicians and allied health professionals. The clinic benefits from consistently high footfall and is open to welcoming walk-in patients initially, allowing new physicians to build patient volume quickly.

The surrounding community has a large Chinese demographic, creating strong demand for culturally responsive care. A Medical Office Assistant is available to support both clinical workflow and translation, ensuring efficient consultations and excellent patient experience.



Physicians typically see 4–6 patients per hour, supported by a dedicated reception team, experienced practice manager, and medical assistant.
