Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and versatile Generalwork professional to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be an essential contributor to a variety of building projects, assisting with everything from framing and finishing to installation and restoration tasks. Your energy, adaptability, and attention to detail will help ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills across multiple trades while supporting diverse construction initiatives.

Responsibilities

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately execute project tasks
- Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and machinery safely and effectively on-site
- Assist with concrete forming, finishing, and masonry work to create durable structures
- Install cabinetry, flooring, tiles, and perform carpentry tasks with precision
- Conduct plumbing, electrical work, caulking, painting, and other finishing activities as needed
- Support restoration projects by repairing or refurbishing existing structures
- Measure materials for construction estimating purposes and ensure proper use of resources





Requirements

- Proven experience in construction or related fields with a strong understanding of building processes
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams accurately
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation
- Knowledge of concrete forming, finishing techniques, masonry, carpentry, and tile laying
- Familiarity with construction estimating practices and material calculations
- Skills in plumbing, electrical work, welding, caulking, painting, flooring installation or masonry are a plus
- Robust physical stamina with the ability to stand, lift heavy materials, and perform manual labor for extended periods
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
