Become a Geotechnical Field Technician in Kingston with EXP, focusing on concrete and soil testing. Engage with clients while conducting onsite assessments to deliver innovative solutions. EXP is seeking a dedicated Field Technician to join its Kingston, ON team.

This role involves executing essential concrete tests, soil compaction assessments, and asphalt sampling on diverse construction sites. Collaborating with contractors, you will ensure timely responses to testing needs while contributing to project success. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct on-site concrete tests, including casting and slump tests
- Perform soil compaction tests at various construction locations
- Execute soil and asphalt hot-mix sampling on site
- Conduct in-lab testing such as gradation analysis
- Provide excellent customer service to in office clients Requirements:
- 2-5 years' experience in concrete/soils/asphalt testing
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Diploma from an accredited Civil Technology program preferred
- Valid Canadian driver’s license required
- CCIL or ACI Certification preferred Support groundbreaking projects with strong testing skills as part of EXP’s dynamic Geotechnical team.
