- Coordinate nursing and health services for residents
- Lead comprehensive shift report sessions for the healthcare team
- Document changes in residents’ conditions according to policies
- Ensure prompt processing of physician orders
- Communicate issues with orders to management immediately Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is required
- Comprehensive understanding of relevant health acts
- Experience in geriatric or long-term care nursing
- Current registration and positive standing with provincial body
