Latin2U, a division of Lilu Trove International, is a Vancouver/Mexico-based import/export company representing select manufacturers across Latin America. We help wholesalers and retailers source quality products direct from trusted factories, currently focused on premium handmade hats.

Our mission: build the bridge between Latin American manufacturers and the global market. Over the past three years we’ve built a robust supply chain, solid manufacturer relationships, and learned what works. We’re poised for real growth. What we need now is a strong salesperson ready to grow with us.

You need a proven sales track record and the drive to run your own book of business. Our goal is for you to grow into Head of Sales & Business Development as we expand, with the potential for equity ownership.

What You’ll Do

(We have plenty of leads ready for you.)

- Develop new wholesale customers across Canada, the US, and internationally
- Build long-term relationships with retailers, distributors, and buying groups




- Follow up consistently, every lead gets tracked and worked
- Prepare quotations and coordinate samples
- Help organize and improve our CRM
- Learn our products, suppliers, and customers
- Share ideas that improve pricing, logistics, and customer service
- Help refine our business model through customer feedback and market research
- Help build a sales process that supports future growth

- Wants to grow with and eventually own a piece of an entrepreneurial company
- Thinks like an owner

Experience in wholesale distribution, import/export, or manufacturers’ representation is a plus, not a requirement.
