This full time position offers telework eligibility and involves managing grant programs efficiently. As a Grants Operations Coordinator, you will oversee the Department’s six grantmaking divisions.

This role demands strong skills in grant management systems, policy application, and collaborative communication with diverse groups. You will support the Capital Grants Program and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, crucial to successful program execution. Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate the administration of state grant programs
- Manage the full lifecycle of complex grants
- Interpret and apply relevant policies and laws




- Analyze data to resolve complex issues
- Foster relationships with various stakeholders

Requirements:

- Four years of relevant grants or program management experience
- Strong knowledge of state and federal grant policies
- Ability to manage grants effectively across multiple years
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with diverse communities and individuals
