Job Summary The Graphics Assistant is part of the shipping brands team and supports the graphic design team in its day-to-day operations. He or she contributes to updating visuals, creating shipping brand materials, and managing relationships with suppliers.

Key Accountabilities

- Contribute to the administrative tasks of the department;
- Support the graphic design team in creating and updating visuals;
- Assist with the creation of shipping brand packaging by applying templates to boxes;
- Review prepress proofs and box mock-ups;
- Design labels and add UPC codes to existing labels;
- Collaborate with suppliers to obtain the necessary information and provide them with the final artwork;
- Provide support in creating and modifying shipping brand materials for products.





Job Requirements

- Experience in creating shipping brand materials (an asset);
- Experience in the product or retail industry (a strong asset);
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop;
- Proficiency in Macintosh operating systems and Adobe Illustrator (essential);
- Robust organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
