Meadow Lake Co-op is hiring a Full-time Grocery Freight Delivery Person at our Grocery Store
What youll do:
- Meet all Meadow Lake Co-op guidelines on hygiene, presentation and customer service;
- Come to work with a positive, professional approach and attitude;
- Ensure safe and timely delivery or goods to Urban and Rural locations;
- Perform regular vehicle inspections to ensure functionality
- Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected weather conditions;
- Loading and unloading cargo efficiently, manually or using forklifts;
- Adhere to traffic laws and following established traffic and transportation procedures
- Be punctual, trustworthy, and responsible;
- Reporting any incidents or delivery issues to the dispatcher
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the delivery vehicle;
- Other duties as assigned

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Retail Store Operations and:
- Class 5 Drivers license
- Solid work ethic and positive team player attitude
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Candidate must possess a valid drivers license
- Be able to provide a drivers abstract
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
