Resorts of the Canadian Rockies is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to lead the Guest Services department at the RCR Calgary Office and ensure smooth, profitable operations with outstanding guest experiences.
You will supervise daily operations, train and mentor staff, monitor service interactions, handle guest concerns professionally, and uphold deposits, payments, cancellations and refunds, while coordinating with resort teams.
