Casino Rama Resort is seeking a part-time Player Services Coordinator to be a central contact for guests, delivering exceptional service across the resort. You may assist at service desks, support the contact centre, welcome tour groups, enroll loyalty members, and help with tickets and promotions.

If you are energetic, customer-focused and thrive in a rapid-paced setting, this role offers diverse duties, from guest inquiries to promoting resort experiences and managing special events.
