Responsibilities

- Deliver professional hair styling services, including cuts, color, treatments and styling tailored to each guest’s preferences.
- Perform esthetic treatments such as facials, eyebrows, body waxing with precision and care.
- Provide outstanding guest services by listening to client needs, offering expert advice, and ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness throughout the salon or spa area in compliance with health regulations.
- Assist with retail sales by recommending products, conducting product demos, and upselling additional services to enhance client satisfaction.
- Manage front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, checking in guests, and handling payments efficiently.
- Promote a welcoming environment by engaging with clients,



answering questions about services or products, and fostering loyalty through excellent communication skills.

Skills

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect authentically with diverse clients.
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for all guests.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining treatments clearly and upselling products confidently.
- Experience in retail sales and product demonstrations to boost revenue opportunities.
- Proficiency in various beauty services including hair styling, hair colour, hair treatment, facials and body waxing.
- Ability to multitask effectively at the front desk while maintaining a friendly and qualified demeanor.
- Hospitality-minded attitude focused on creating memorable guest experiences that encourage repeat visits.
