Hiring Seasonal Temporary Forepersons, Scale Operators and Beet Receivers for Beet Receiving Stations in Taber, Burdett, Vauxhall, Enchant, Picture Butte, Coaldale and Tempest.

In preparation for our sugar beet harvest season, we are looking for motivated people to work at our receiving stations located in Taber, Burdett, Vauxhall, Enchant, Picture Butte, Coaldale, and Tempest.

Job duties may include, but are not limited to: operating a piler, taking tare samples, running a skid steer, cleaning the piler. We will assign these positions based on skillset and availability. Successful candidates must be able to lift 15-20 kg on a consistent basis and be able to stand and walk for the majority of their shift. There are day,



afternoon and evening shifts available that can be anywhere from 8-12 hours daily, up to 6 days a week, weather permitting!

We will provide you with paid training so you can learn how to operate our equipment. 6" or higher steel-toed boots are required by you, all other PPE will be provided.

Wages range anywhere from $20.67 - $23.19 per hour and a $1.75 shift premium is paid for all evening and night shifts. You may also be eligible for a retention bonus at the conclusion of the season (conditions apply).

A mandatory pre-employment drug test is required.
