Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience as a Head Chef, Sous Chef, or similar leadership role in a restaurant, brewpub, or hospitality setting.

- Strong skills in menu development, recipe creation, and food presentation, with attention to flavor, consistency, and efficiency.

- Proficiency in kitchen operations, including ordering, inventory management, and cost control.

- Thorough knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and secure kitchen procedures.

- Ability to lead, train, and motivate a diverse kitchen team, with strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.

- Capability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and manage multiple tasks during service.

- Interest in craft beer and experience pairing food with beverages is an asset.

- Culinary education or formal training is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.

- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by brewery operations.
