As we scale, we’re hiring a Manager of Strategy and Operations to lead high‑impact projects that drive efficiency, growth, and alignment across teams.
Own strategic projects across go‑to‑market, product, and internal operations Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements Build models, dashboards, and KPIs to track performance Contribute to strategic planning and business reviews Strong analytical and project management skills Strong business acumen and comfort with data Bonus Points If You Have Experience with SQL, Excel modeling, or BI dashboards
