Maplelisted is also introducing flexible For Sale By Owner (FSBO) options, enabling property owners to list and manage their homes with greater control and convenience.

Role Description:

The Head of Operations is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing and optimizing Maplelisted’s end-to-end operational processes. This role involves designing and implementing operational strategies that support the growth of the AI-powered real estate ecosystem, including service delivery across real estate, mortgage, insurance, moving, and contractor partnerships.

The Head of Operations will manage cross-functional teams, establish performance metrics, and ensure that operational workflows are efficient, scalable, and aligned with customer experience goals. Daily responsibilities include monitoring key operational KPIs, leading process improvement initiatives, managing budgets and resource allocation, and collaborating closely with product,



technology, and business development teams. The person in this role will also develop risk management plans, refine operational policies, and contribute to strategic planning for expansion across Canadian markets.

Qualifications

- Robust Operations Management skills, including process design, workflow optimization, and performance measurement.
- Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, drive insights, and support data-informed decision-making.
- Proven Team Management capabilities, including leadership, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent Communication skills for transparent stakeholder updates, documentation, and cross-team alignment.
- Demonstrated Budgeting expertise, including financial planning, cost control, and resource prioritization.
- Experience in technology-driven or platform-based businesses; familiarity with real estate, fintech, or insurance is an asset.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are beneficial.

This is a Co-Founding role (equity based only then later a base salary will be discussed)
