Collaborate directly with customers to identify high‑impact problems and define solutions that deliver real value Partner closely with the engineering team to ensure the product meets customer needs and solves the right problem 5+ years of experience as a product owner or product manager in the Access Control, Identity Management, or related industry Bachelor’s degree, certificate in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience Solid knowledge of Agile principles, tools,
