Shape policy and procedure to enhance the health of medical staff and Credentialed Medical Providers. In this impactful role, you will provide medical leadership and collaborate closely with the People team to promote well-being and safety amongst medical staff members.

- Champion a culture of wellness and psychological safety
- Provide insights for health safety program design
- Engage with staff to identify wellness barriers
- Support development of workplace violence prevention strategies
- Advise leadership on emerging trends in wellness Requirements:
- Medical degree with regulatory college certification
- Eligibility for medical staff privileges in VCH
- Proven medical leadership experience
- Robust analytical and program evaluation skills
