You will support the VP of Risk Management by conducting audits, investigations, and compliance checks to maintain a proactive safety culture. Your focus will be on ensuring every team member gets “Home Safe Every Day.” Key Responsibilities:

- Represent health and safety concerns to various stakeholders
- Ensure regulatory compliance per Occupational Health and Safety Act
- Conduct site audits and recommend corrective actions
- Assist in investigations of incidents and accidents
- Manage corporate health & safety committee meetings Requirements:
- Post-secondary degree in Occupational Health and Safety
- Minimum 3 years in a safety role, preferably construction
- Knowledge of OSHA and Construction Regulations
- Health and Safety Certification or pursuing NCSO
