- Follow care plans as directed by supervisors
- Assist residents with personal care and hygiene
- Observe changes in residents' conditions
- Plan and prepare nutritious meals
- Maintain a secure and clean environment Requirements:
- Graduate of a Health Care Aide program
- Experience with seniors in community health
- Strong communication skills
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification recommended
