- Deliver assistance with daily living and personal hygiene tasks
- Collaborate with health professionals for efficient patient care
- Monitor and report changes in patients’ health and mood
- Facilitate organized programs for patient activity and engagement
- Ensure safety and comfort in the care environment Requirements:
- Registration or eligibility with the College of LPNs and HCAs of Alberta
- Health Care Aide Certificate completion within 18 months
- Knowledge of Medical Terminology
- Current BCLS-HCP certification required
