- Deliver resident-focused care as per your practice scope
- Observe and report changes in resident status promptly
- Assist in developing individualized Nursing Care Plans
- Support residents in mobility within the community
- Identify and report unsafe practices proactively Requirements:
- Graduate of Health Care Aide program with experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Demonstrated interpersonal abilities and customer focus
- Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid certification recommended
