Ministry of Assisted Living and Social Services seeks a passionate Health Compliance Officer for full-time, temporary positions in Red Deer, Edmonton, and Calgary. You'll engage in compliance monitoring, conduct inspections, and collaborate with various stakeholders to safeguard health outcomes. This role requires in-depth clinical knowledge and experience in healthcare regulation. Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor compliance with the Continuing Care Act and related regulations
- Conduct routine inspections of continuing care homes
- Investigate complaints to protect residents' rights




- Prepare detailed inspection and investigation reports
- Engage with stakeholders for continuous quality improvement Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing, social work or related fields
- Minimum four years of related experience in compliance or inspections
- Robust understanding of Alberta's healthcare regulations
- Excellent communication skills for diverse stakeholders
