Grandview Kids seeks a Privacy and Health Information Coordinator to enhance health records practices on-site. This full time contract role focuses on privacy compliance, communication, and education within the organization. Reporting to the Clinical Information and Systems Manager, you will ensure the confidentiality and integrity of client records while drafting and revising policies.

Collaborate with colleagues to identify privacy needs, monitor audit processes, and raise staff awareness on privacy information. This role makes a significant impact on how Grandview Kids operates, delivering efficient and compliant care. Key Responsibilities:

- Draft policies ensuring compliance with privacy legislation
- Monitor privacy audit processes and perform audit logs




- Report internal and external privacy breaches
- Manage consent processes and educate staff on compliance
- Respond to inquiries from families, agencies, and staff Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in privacy roles
- CHIMA certification required
- CIPP/C certification with in-depth privacy knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
