Health, Safety & Environmental Coordinator As a Health, Safety & Environmental Coordinator, you will be responsible for site‑specific safety orientation, job site inspections, and accident/incident reports. You will monitor employees and subcontractors on site to ensure compliance with safety procedures and will proactively identify and prevent hazardous situations.

- Organize and conduct training programs including but not limited to WHMIS, Fall Protection, Personal Protective Equipment, CPR/First Aid.
- Create, maintain, and educate all site staff on maintaining a safety‑first culture.
- Review subcontractors’ pre‑construction safety submittals.
- Review and file subcontractors’ weekly safety documentation.
- Effectively compile weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly project health and safety statistics.





Qualifications - Minimum of 3‑5 years’ of construction safety experience.

- Ability to delegate and influence others to follow safety rules and regulations.
- Working toward or already holding an NCSO designation and knowledge of OHS regulations.
