NHS Lanarkshire is seeking a Health Visitor to lead designated caseloads from antenatal to school entry age, ensuring child wellbeing and plan monitoring. The postholder will work with families and partner agencies to deliver coordinated care and maintain governance in clinical and information handling.
The role requires a registered nurse or midwife with a Health Visiting/Public Health Nursing qualification (NMC Part 3) and experience in caseload planning. A driving licence is required.
