Clean Harbors in Breslau, ON location is currently looking for a Heavy Duty Mechanic to join our team. This position is responsible for maintaining / repairing heavy diesel equipment within the facility.

Wage range for this position: $38-42/hourWhy work for Clean Harbors? Health and Safety is our priority and we live it 3-6-5! Competitive wages. Tuesday to Friday work week, with occasional opportunity to work weekends/overtime.

RESPONSIBILITIES Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all protected work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times

- Perform all required maintenance and repairs to various types of equipment, tanker tailers and heavy-duty trucks
- Perform maintenance which follows the manufacturer guidelines
- Complete all paperwork required
- Ensure the shop area is kept clean, tidy and free of hazards at all times.

QUALIFICATIONS JM Mechanic certification (310 T license) 3 + years' experience in maintaining of one or more of the following units: pickup trucks, tractors, and trailers

- Familiarity with the various types of diesel engines
- Ability to oversee,



coach and mentor all apprentices and other shop laborers
- Ability to work in a team environment.
