Not just an operator. A problem-solver. A utility pro. A crew multiplier. We're looking for a versatile Heavy Equipment Operator with underground utility and mainline installation experience who can confidently run an excavator, backhoe, and loader on civil construction projects across the Lower Mainland.

If you're the kind of operator who can dig for mainline installation, trench to grade, safely work around live utilities, handle pipe with precision, and keep production moving without constant supervision - we want to talk to you.

What You'll Be Doing

Excavating and preparing trenches for water, sanitary, and storm mainline installation

Supporting mainline pipe installation including bedding, pipe placement, and backfilling

Trenching and fine grading for storm, sanitary, and water systems

Operating around live utilities (gas, hydro, fiber, water)

Loader work: truck loading, pipe/material handling, stockpile management

Backhoe work: service tie-ins, roadside and tight-access digging

Supporting foremen and ground crews to keep projects safe and on schedule

Following WorkSafeBC trench safety and traffic control standards

We're looking for someone who can:

Operate independently without step-by-step supervision

Dig accurately for mainline pipe installation and maintain grade
