The Role:

We are looking for a hungry, self-driven Remote Business Development Specialist to hunt and onboard high-value clients across North America, Europe, and Australia.

What You Will Do:

- Conduct cold outreach (Email, LinkedIn, IG/Twitter DMs) targeting Founders, CMOs, and Marketing Heads.
- Pitch our high-converting lead magnet (Complimentary Ad/CRO Video Audits).
- Qualify prospects and book strategy calls (or close deals directly depending on experience).
- Follow up with warm leads and manage your sales pipeline.

- Uncapped earning structure with high ticket offers ($2,500 - $5,000+ per client deal size).

Compensation Structure:

- 100% Commission-Based (Uncapped).
- 20% commission on the initial invoice + 5% monthly recurring payout for the lifetime of the account.
- Realistic Earning Potential: $2,000 - $6,000+ / month based on performance (closing 2-4 clients/mo).

Requirements:

- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Proven experience in cold outreach, B2B lead generation, or agency sales.
- Access to your own outreach tools/LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
- Self-motivated mindset—you are running your own mini-business within our agency.
