Full time / 30 to 40 hours per week

Location: North York, ON

Salary: $20.85 hourly

Starts as soon as possible

On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. No option to work remotely.

Work site environment: Non-smoking, scent-free

Work setting: Employer’s home. Optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis (this is NOT a condition of employment). Public transportation is available.

Tasks

- Supervise and care for children.
- Assume full responsibility for the household in the absence of parents.
- Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
- Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development.
- Maintain a secure and healthy environment in the home.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals.
- Prepare children for rest periods.
- Tend to the emotional well-being of children.

Job Requirements

- Languages: English
- Education: Secondary (high)



school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Experience is an asset.
- Security and safety: Criminal record check.
- Transportation/travel information.
- Weight handling: Up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
- Personal suitability: Client focus, initiative, judgement, organised, reliability, team player, time management.
