Employers, are you looking to grow your accounting team while reducing hiring costs?
CRIEC’s ITAP P2E (Internationally Trained Accounting Professionals Pathway to Employment) program connects employers with skilled, internationally trained professionals available for full-time or contract placements (minimum 3-month contracts)
Eligible roles include accounting, finance, audit, tax, and related positions that are predominantly in the accounting field.
Delivered in partnership with CPA Alberta and funded by the Government of Alberta, this program provides up to $20,000 in grant funding per hire, with flexible funding available for both contract and full-time roles.
Flexible Funding Model
- Grant funding is available for contract placements (minimum 3 months) or full-time hires
- Funding is pro-rated based on the contract duration
- Employers who extend contracts can access additional funding up to the full 1-year grant eligibility
- Designed to support both short-term and long-term hiring strategies
