Assisted Living Alberta seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse for a pivotal Home Care role. - Manage direct nursing care for individuals across various life stages
- Work with Registered Nurse Case Manager to evaluate and plan care
- Participate in continuous education and training for skill enhancement
- Support patient and family engagement during care
- Maintain compliance with health regulations and standards Requirements:
- Licensed Practical Nurse designation with Alberta registration
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
- Preferably two years of nursing experience in a community setting
- Proficient in communication and organizational skills
