Experience

- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French is a valuable asset for communicating with diverse clients
- Previous experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping roles is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes
- Excellent communication skills to interact empathetically with clients and team members
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and household laundry procedures
- Customer service or hospitality experience is advantageous for creating a welcoming workplace
- Ability to work independently while following safety protocols and maintaining professionalism at all times
