We are looking for a Hospital Operations Manager who can take ownership of daily hospital operations, improve service delivery, and support teams in achieving clinical and organizational goals. You will work closely with healthcare professionals, administrative teams, and operational stakeholders to ensure efficient workflows, strong patient experiences, and compliance with healthcare standards.

This role is ideal for an experienced healthcare operations professional who understands the complexity of hospital environments and can balance strategic planning with hands-on operational leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Hospital Operations Management:

Oversee daily operational activities across hospital departments to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality healthcare services.

Process Improvement:





Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reduce operational challenges, and enhance patient care delivery.

Team Leadership:

Guide department supervisors and operational teams by providing coaching, performance support, and leadership direction.

Quality and Compliance:

Support healthcare quality initiatives, regulatory compliance requirements, and continuous improvement programs.

Resource Planning:

Assist with workforce planning, budget management, scheduling strategies, and operational resource allocation.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work with clinical teams, administrative leaders, and external partners to support hospital goals and service improvements.

What We Are Looking For

Experience:

7+ years of experience in healthcare operations, hospital administration, or healthcare management, with at least 2+ years leading teams or managing complex healthcare operations.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Health Services Management, Business Administration, Nursing, or a related field. A master’s degree is considered an asset.

Leadership Skills:

Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, manage operational priorities, and support organizational improvements.

Healthcare Knowledge:

Robust understanding of hospital workflows, healthcare regulations, patient safety standards, and quality improvement practices.

Communication Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate with healthcare professionals and senior stakeholders.

Mindset:

You are a practical and solutions-focused leader who can improve processes while maintaining a strong commitment to patient care.

Pay: $106,903.00-$117,000.00 per year
