As a Hospitalist at Cariboo Memorial Hospital, you will work in the acute inpatient medicine setting and function in a MRP (most responsible physician) role for complex medical and co-management of surgical patients, as well as palliative care. Throughout the hospital, you will receive excellent support from the other CMH specialists and family physicians. Working 8 hours a day you will see an average of 12-16 inpatients per shift.

The CMH Hospitalist program supports the complex and diverse medical needs of our patients in an environment that fosters collaboration among specialists.

Compensation Type Clinical Service Contract Estimated Remuneration For a full time hospitalist, anticipate an annual base income of $336,168.00 or $200.10/ hour. Up to an additional 40% is also available with group contract incentives. MOCAP level 2 and After Hours Premiums also provided. Physician Overhead No overhead

- Retention Flat Fee $19,092
- Relocation Funding Available $9,000 - $15,000
- Recruitment Incentive $15,000 (based on 1.0 FTE)
