Duties
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome
- Seat guests and manage reservations
- Provide menus and explain specials
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
Skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience in a hotel, food service, or restaurant setting is a plus
- Hospitality-oriented mindset with a focus on guest services
- Solid communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
