Become a vital part of The Salvation Army’s mission by serving as a House Parent. This full time role emphasizes youth care and the provision of a safe environment while engaging in therapeutic support and life-skills training. As a House Parent, you will provide direct support to residents while ensuring safety and security at the facility.

Key responsibilities include supervising youth, maintaining therapeutic relationships, and facilitating life skills. You'll also prepare nutritious meals and manage kitchen supplies, ensuring healthy menu planning. Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise youth in facility and community activities
- Maintain safety and security of all residents
- Prepare balanced meals and manage kitchen inventory




- Engage youth in life skills and recreational activities
- Complete documentation and incident reports as needed Requirements:
- Two-year post-secondary education in Social Science
- Minimum one year experience in youth care or related field
- First Aid/CPR certification and clean driver’s abstract
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in Mental Health and Addictions preferred Support youth development through effective supervision, food preparation, and life skills training in a nurturing environment at The Salvation Army.
