We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization within residential settings, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for clients. The Housekeeper will play a vital role in upholding the high standards of cleanliness and hospitality expected by our clients.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, pool and public areas
- Manage laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
- Prepare and cook simple breakfast or assist with meal preparations as needed
- Maintain organized storage of cleaning supplies and household items
- Ensure all areas are sanitized and disinfected according to health standards
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and inquiries professionally
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific preferences and requirements
- Manage time efficiently to complete tasks within scheduled timeframes
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Handle and report lost and found items
- Pick up debris and empty trash containers
Requirements
- Cleaning skills with attention to detail
- Organizational and time management skills
- Ability to perform laundry duties accurately and efficiently
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to adapt to different client needs and schedules
- Ability to cook simple meals or assist with meal preparation when necessary
- Prior experience in residential cleaning or hospitality is preferred but not necessary
