Responsibilities

- Perform thorough cleaning of rooms, hallways, common areas, and designated spaces according to established standards.
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and sanitize surfaces to ensure a spotless workplace.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning materials to maintain operational efficiency.
- Handle waste disposal responsibly by emptying trash bins and recycling containers regularly.




- Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to facilitate timely repairs.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion while respecting residents’ or clients’ privacy.

Experience

- Previous custodial or cleaning experience preferred, especially in commercial cleaning environments.
- Familiarity with cleaning, and supplies used in professional settings.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork and customer service.
