Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeping/Laundry Associate to ensure our facilities remain spotless, comfortable, and welcoming for all guests and staff. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness standards through thorough cleaning and laundry procedures. Duties

- Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and disinfecting all designated areas to uphold cleanliness standards.
- Handle laundry operations such as sorting, washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and guest clothing with care and efficiency.
- Maintain cleaning supplies inventory, restock supplies as needed, and ensure proper storage of cleaning materials in accordance with safety guidelines.
- Follow established protocols for waste disposal and recycling to promote environmental responsibility.
- Conduct routine inspections of guest rooms, public spaces, and laundry areas to identify maintenance needs or cleanliness issues and address them promptly.




- Collaborate with team members to coordinate cleaning schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks during shifts.
- Adhere strictly to health, safety, and sanitation standards to provide a safe environment for staff and guests alike.

Qualifications

- Previous custodial or housekeeping experience is preferred; familiarity with commercial cleaning practices is highly advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, washers, dryers, and other laundry machines safely.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy periods.
- Positive communication skills for working collaboratively within a team environment.
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform cleaning duties throughout the shift.
- A proactive attitude with a commitment to maintaining a hygienic environment that exceeds expectations.
