Responsibilities

- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a spotless environment.
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and recreational spaces to uphold our high standards of hygiene.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, linens, and amenities to ensure guest needs are met promptly and efficiently.
- Follow established safety protocols during cleaning procedures, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Report maintenance issues or damages discovered during cleaning to the appropriate departments for prompt resolution.




- Adhere to all health and safety regulations related to industrial cleaning and custodial practices in hospitality settings.
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as scheduled or requested by management.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in cleaning or custodial work, preferably within a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, industrial cleaning equipment, and safety procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in fast-paced settings while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks throughout shifts.
- Basic understanding of hospitality operations is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
- Reliable with excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes.
